O2 new business plan, is there something for 80 a month?

Someone mentioned 80 per month for all calls to any network and landline, all texts included and 1 gig date but I can't find anything online? Anyone heard of anything like this?

Its €83 for all calls and texts, and then €10 on top of that for the data. This is inclusive of vat.
