Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have done this event a couple times half and full...bike is almost flat but can be very windy, one section is a headwind for 8miles and you have 6 laps to do which are 19.7 miles each giving you almost 120miles....the run is half off road and is very lonely..1st year there was 19 taking part and last year 10 i think so its a lonely ironman and support at the feed stations was bad last year with no-one there leaving you to open up the cups and pure your own...1st year it was better run but went down hill last year...they seemed to pay more attention given to those doing the half....
