It's hard to judge exactly how the Champions League is affecting the squad to be honest. They have added to the squad this season, so that helps in the battle against fatigue, but I wouldn't underestimate the toll that Europe can take.

In fairness, I think Spurs only get a slagging when Berba is around, I certainly don't mind them.

They used to be one of my favourite teams, but I just love seeing them lose because of BERBA. I can't wait until they're playing Thursday night football next season.

Yeah checked his best season was 94/95 and Shearer won it that year.

I've seen a level of pompousness spread among Spurs supporters in the last year or so which has made it very hard to wish them well in the Champions League this season. Not all them of course and I do enjoy watching them do well because I like the team, but I also love watching them get torn apart on occasion, so my Facebook is that bit quieter when Liverpool don't do the business.
