I just won Pokemon gold for the ds of ebay and the seller just sent me this pic of the game is like this

I know its a usa copy but will it work in a DSI XL over here ?
I need to no if its a real one because there are a lot of copys on ebay

I only buy from the "top rated sellers" (you'll see the gold label), but I'm hesitant to go for this one seeing that they've got 100%. It's too suss if you know what I mean.....
