Hello everyone, I was wondering does anyone know of a self build web design site such as wix.com, except a HTML based one rather than flash. Wix is just very very slow. Hello everyone,

I have had a look around but most seem to be template based where as Wix allows you to drag and drop from scratch.

Not looking for anything too flashy, but I'm starting college in Sep and would like to try self build first prior to learning HMTL etc in Sep.
