I was looking on google and i couldnt find an answer to this.
Why does frozen food go off? If its frozen surely it should stay the exact same.
If anyone can answer this fair play to ya!

This reminds me when I bought a fridge freezer. The ad says thousand pound so I ring him and say 2k he tells me he wants 1k. Its not worth that I will give ya 800, he tells me its mine for 900 if I collect today. Bargain.

Terry Tibbs. Much love and goodnight.

    Mwah.

The longer and slower food is frozen the bigger ice crystals form inside the food which damages it on a cellular level. Plenty of bacteria are also not killed by the cold, merely slowed
