    Hey everyone.
    My job requires me to work on Friday from 08:15am to 12am so pretty much 16 hours.
    We have been told that voting opens at 7 so we must go to vote before work and if we are any bit late we must make this time up so essentilaly we are being docked for this.
    Is this completely fair or do we have a right in this situation to be late or take time out to vote?
