Tikka T3 question

First off, sorry for cluttering this place up with n00b questions.

Just got off the phone with another gun dealer near enough to me and he has a Tikka T3 .223 (non stainless....I think) for €1050 new. Is this a good deal?

Also, he is the second gun dealer I have found that doesn't know what a CZ 527 is, only when I said Bruno's did he click. How long ago did they change to CZ or am I missing something? Is it a Bruno's CZ 527 or what?

After Czechoslovakia broke up CZ was formed. Prior to this the Company was called BRNO.
Brno is the place where CZ's are made.
