Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you use a fixed line BB connection this shouldn't happen.

you have crap internet or the server youre using is really slow. If youre using wifi try ethernet, should be a lot better.

jeepers that's brutal and if any congestion on the line you havent a hope.

I'm currently getting this from a wireless dongle (meteor) downstairs in kitchen at fireplace away from the window.

your line may have been "upgraded" to Next Generation Broadband recently, ask your ISP. Theres feck all you can do.

Ask one of the mods to move it to the Broadband section - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=259

Post your DSL synch information from your router, i.e. Signal To Noise Ratio( SNR ), Attenuation etc.

Also ping boards.ie and post your result( do it around the time youre having issues with watching stuff online, or if thats always then a ping from anytime will do ), have you a wifi connection? who are you with Eircon? are you sure noone else is leeching your broadband?
