Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't use it to connect to the internet for the moment.

Use a different computer and change all your passwords on all accounts (make sure all the passwords are different to each other). http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/passwords-create.aspx

Back-up your data (and delete anything you wouldn't want other people to see)

Explain the situation and get an IT professional to clean it.

As Victor said and then re-install whatever your operating system is. They install programs so Antivirus is of little use.

It's a pain but if your using it for banking it's the safest option.
