ICB Query

    Quick question:
    Got a copy of ICB report today - score is 515 - is this good?
    2 missed payments showing on a bank loan in 2008, need to figure out what happened here as its a direct debit for less than €40 a month.
    Refused mortgage by EBS and AIB based on my ICB - Does this sound right?????????

    If you think there's a mistake somewhere, perhaps AIB, if you had a loan with them, gave the wrong repayment information to ICB, and this would adversely affect your credit rating. This huge blunder of AIB is in the news at the moment, and may affect up to 12,000 customers, including me. Get on to the Irish Credit Bureau and demand a credit report from the time concerned. Also, get a statement from your bank branch showing your payments. If you made repayments on time and the ICB report shows otherwise, then AIB gave them the wrong data about you.
