'Popped' window hinges

Hi, have a problem which from hearsay seems common enough.

When house was built inferior (read: as cheap as possible) window hinges were used. These now begin to 'pop' over the years which means the windows have problems ranging from 'cannot be shut tight' to 'nearly falling onto the footpath'.

Like I said this seems common enough and there is apparently a range of companies replacing these with correctly sized window hinges.

Anyone knows who's the best/most reasonable company offering that service in around Waterford? I believe they all charge a call out fee and then a price per hinge, i.e. €60 callout, €10 per hinge.

    thanks

Try the Window Surgeon. I've used them and found them good.
