Having been a fan of theirs since about 2001 when they started, I've noticed that the people who don't like them tend to have a terrible sense in humour. (They tend to like Jason Byrne and Brendan O'Carroll, and other awful "comedians").
That song has been played at live shows for around a year now and I thought it was class along with everything else they've done.
You have to "get" that type of humour in order to see the satire on it. I hear people giving out about the stanley blade line. It just a complete pisstake like! If you choose to listen to them, then don't take them any bit literal or serious otherwise you'll offended. They are kinda like the South Park of the music world.0 -

What comedians would I like if I was a fan of the Rubberbandits? I dislike the two you mention yet I also dislike the Rubberbandits.0 -
