Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Speaker advice for new HT Receiver

I bought an Onkyo TX-SR308 off iBood recently.

I had been using a fairly cheap Logitech Z-5450 set, but time has taken its toll, and the rear wifi speakers have died. I am going to retire it to my PC in the loft.

I can use the 3 Front Speakers from the logitech set as a gap fill measure. I will initially need to buy a Sub and 2 Rears, in that order.

I am looking for advice on what speakers to buy, I am looking to build an entry level setup in line with the Onkyo. Should I buy them piecemeal? or would I be better buying them as a complete set? What would people recommend?

This is all paired with a 50" 1080p Samsung Plasma, PS3 for most of my media needs, a HD UPC box and an Xbox 360 for gaming when I get the time.

Thanks for your advice and time,

    Inq
