    Thomas King is my uncle.
I'm going to give him my no.1.
He has no policies that I know of.
He's running because he can, has a right to and can afford to.
I'm going to give another candidate no.2 and so on down as far as 14.
I won't give any Fianna Fáil candidate the benefit of my vote for many, many reasons.

    How stupid can you be?

It's not stupid really because the candidate I have chosen to give to give my no.2 to will receive the full benefit of it as Thomas will be out on the first count.

That's actually a fair enough point. The wonders of the transferable vote!

I was playing around with suggesting people voting for him as a kind of protest vote but some of the candidates will be on very slim margins I reckon so it would be disrepectful of people who take it seriously and who could be counting on even a dozen votes to get elected.
    Still though...:D

Maybe he can break through the 70 vote barrier this time.
Don't forget to file the donation details this time though, wouldn't want to end up with a file before the dpp again.

Sure didn't it all turn out for the best.
I'll fill it out for him if he asks me.

Whts the deal with him? 66 votes in the last election, 20 votes in the locals. Time to up your game methinks!

The King campaigning machine is running at full tilt, unfortunately we couldn't manage to get the campaign poster up again this year.
We'll need to invest in a new one for the next locals, I fear.
Watch out Galway City Council or County Council.

This is one last plea for those who are disaffected and feel that nobody hears your voice.

    VOTE THOMAS KING

If you were running for the Dáil he'd vote for you.

Remember to vote early and vote often.

Just out of curiosity, which candidate received no vote at all then?
Feel free to ignore the request!

Alas, no.15 will do him no good, but at least it wasn't no.17

Tell him his photo looked like a mug shot! Was that on purpose?

    Recycling is good, no?
I'll tell him when I see him

The photo on the ballot paper looked like a mugshot of a guy arrested for fighting on the street, what with the sullen look, broken nose and split lip.

  • Registered Users Posts: 302 ✭✭SparKing

The last time he ran, he didn't submit a picture.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,831 ✭✭✭dloob

Tom has lost a vote this time and dropped back to 65 votes.

Sure that would only be leaving evidence behind.
