Phone Repair Woes

    Cracked the screen on my mobile phone .Had the screen replaced ,but when I
    collected the phone , one of the buttons wouldn`t work .The guy said he would have to get a part for it . That was three weeks ago and I am getting nowhere .
    They say they are having trouble sourcing the part.How am I fixed legally .Phone is worth 500 euro.

    Did they break the button or did it break when you cracked the screen?

    No ,it was they broke the button . Not the easiest people to deal with .
