COD World at War Map Packs

Hi all,

We have just got XBox Live, and M/S Points so bought a Map Pack Bundle for Call of Duty - World at War including Map Packs 1,2 and 3 - but it doesn't work - there are no maps!?!?

So then we bought Map Pack 3 as that was the one we most wanted, but that doesn't work either.

Any idea what I can do now, or is there anyway to contact Microsoft about this? It was around €20 in real money gone!:mad:

Sounds Pretty Bad so when you look at your memory does it even show you've downloaded it ?

You shouldn't have been allowed to buy Map Pack 3 if you bought the bundle, I'd imagine. What do you mean you have no maps? Try a private match, to see if you have them installed. You can also go to your download history on your Xbox and re-download them

Ive had a similar problem recently. I downloaded the maps and when im about to start a game I get a message saying I dont have the maps. Quitting to the dashboard and then going back into multiplayer seems to work tho.

Its really annoying!
