Today sees the release of a new EP by Geisha. That's a side project of mine and I make sort of ambient / electronic / trip hop / chillout music. Sort of like Boards of Canada meets the Orb meets Aphex Twin meets Susumu Yokota. Good to listen to at night, with a toke, relaxing in a giant bean bag.

Anyway, the EP is called "19,000 Objects" and you can get it here:

Its free to download in full. Enjoy!

Listened to this in work earlier on, really enjoyed it! Definitely gave me a Boards of Canada vibe, a bit of Four Tet too. I got Light Touching For Heaven In An Everlasting Mercury a while ago too and really enjoyed it.

Keep it up, it all sounds great :)

Hey thanks. I love Four Tet, must have been an influence in there somewhere. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thought ya'll might like to check this out, its an EP I did a while back which is available for free download:

Its part of a project I'm working on called Geisha, we / I have done three albums now, and this one was particularly interesting as a I had a friend and fellow electronic musician send me over a load of samples and loops which I then used in each of these four tracks. In most cases they formed the idea for the track, and gave me the creative spark which is often the hardest part - getting started.

So these tracks are long, deep, slow, but with good beats and enough interesting things to keep you going! The best track is probably the last one, track 4 - it almost takes you on a journey (if you're *ahem* in the right "mood"). ;-)

Enjoy and please post any feedback you may have!
