Sony Tv digital tuning

I have a sony bravia kdl 40v2000, it is an mpeg 2 tv but is fitted with an mpeg 4 card . I have a nikkai digital powered aerial connected. the problem;when I tune the tv rte 1 comes on but when I change chanel it comes up as not tuned and then when I go back to rte 1 the same message , I have sound but no picture. Any help…
