Eircom NGB improved Internet speeds in Rush?

Now that Rush is Eircom 'Next Gen. Broadband' enabled, has anyone noticed a speed increase in the evenings? Before I switched from them my 7mb speed during the day was reduced to ~.5mb from 5:30 to 11pm thanks, Bam

Has anybody else in rush been downgraded from 5/6megs to 3 lately ? I rang Vodafone because the broadband was getting unstable ie. Getting disconnected every hour or so. And they decided to downgrade me to 3 after making me buy a new phone cable and upgrading the modem firmware. After all that issue not resolved but down to 3 again
I need to ring them again to find out whats next but wanted to know if I am the only one in rush experiencing that issue.

All i.s.p's will reduce b/band speed's in an effort to trouble shoot an issue or provide stability on the line .
Where you having a problem ,before the speed decrease ? .
