    Hi,

I made a fridge cake yesterday (nothing fancy - just an easy one I threw together using chocolate, butter, golden syrup, cinnamon and digestive biscuits) and cut it up into mini-cakes / biscuits. The only thing is, I made way too many. I was wondering if it's safe to freeze them. I've searched online but I can't seem to find the answer.

    Any advice appreciated :)

I don't think the biscuits would survive freezing, but that type of cake will last weeks anyway, a lot of people say chocolate biscuit cake lasts 4 weeks so would you work through them in that time?
