    hello ppl, im up in court 2moro for an unpaid parking fine i had misplaced fine an 4got all about it until summons was delivered, what im wondering is i noticed the fine says i was parked on double yellow lines on 1 particular st but thats not were or what i got the ticket 4, i was parked in pay an display in a small car park on the street further down then street mentioned in summons, i was wondering if its worth me pleading not guilty over this or just suck it up and pay the fine i get??

    Go to a solicitor. I would put money on you getting off. You can't plead guilty to an offence you didn't commit, after all your under oath in court. Any inaccuracy should have it struck out.

    Are you sure the ticket was for parking and not for something else like tax? Unless you have proof, the court will probably take the word of the Gardai / parking officer over yours. probably better off saying you never seen the ticket or any further notices and that you have no problem paying it.
