Picked up wrong product in boots

I wont be able to get in for a few days, but on Saturday, I bought shampoo and conditioner (a particular brand - e10 each) in boots. The shampoo/conditioner bottles are identical size colour etc. I picked up 2 bottles of conditioner by accident. Do you think they would let me swap? They are both the same price.

You'll just have to ask nicely.
They're under no obligation to exchange it for you as it's not faulty.
So go in with receipt, smile sweetly and hope for the best!

As long as you didn't open it I'm sure they will, they may not have to under law but it's pretty standard customer service as long as it's in a saleable condition.
