Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know which site is best for a high upload limit?

I recently decided to open an account to upload all my pics, was disappointed with pix.ie as I managed to use my entire limit with a small percentage of what I planned on uploading....

    Cheers.

Drop an email to Marcus on Pix.ie and he can increase your monthly quota :)

Are you uploading web sized images or full resolution?

Full resolution, I know I should probably have reduced the quality of them before uploading.

Doesn't the flickr pro account ($20) is give unlimited uploads?

But if you don't renew the pro element of the account in 12 months time, you'll only be able to see your last 200 uploads. The rest are still there, just hidden until you renew your account

I think I'll try pinging Marcus for some free space first

Why not resize your images to web friendly size. Each shot then should be less than 500Kb which will allow you to post heaps of images.

That's what I'm planning alright. I'm wondering though, if I go and remove all the pics on pix.ie will be quota reset? I.e. will I get my space back?

I don't think so as it's an upload limit, so they have already been uploaded. Best to ask in the Pix.ie Forum.
