    got a 3 mil plug in last friday, how long will I have to wait before moving up to 5 mil?

    Generally you get a larger piece of jewellery in 1mm, so you'd go to 4mm before 5mm. 3 months is generally a safe period to wait

    Stretching's not a race. The faster you go the worse the consequences are. Risks such as blowouts, tearing and general messing up of your ear are all greatly increased by stretching too fast or too big in 1 go. Just take it nice and slow, you'll get to your goal size in time.
