Hi, Does anyone know what the transit time is from around Heuston station to Millenium Bridge on the Quays at around 8.30am during rush hour. Does the traffic move well, or is it very slow. I notice past the Millenium bridge, it drops down to one lane of traffic (excluding bus lane). Does this bottleneck cause problems for…
