    If somebody is added to my credit card as an authorised user will a second Government stamp duty be charged or will I just pay my original single stamp duty of 30 euro.

    They will receive a card with their name on it for their use but on my account.

    Stamp duty is per account, not per card.

    Correct. Just ensure thay don't go to town on the card, as they will have the same limit as you!
