Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Try Boots or Irishfit in Dun Laoighre.

Have tried them and dont think they work. Better spending the money on a physio or foam roller

Have had IT trouble in the past tried various straps, gadets and gizmo's.They dont work

Best thing is to tackle the cause rather than trying to manage the symptoms. I am presuming you havent been seen a physio yet as i cant imagine they would be suggesting a pat/knee strab. They will advise on the appropriate treatment.

So go to a physio is my advice

By the way like others have said a foam roller is excellent at releasing a tight IT band. However you need to find out why its tight/causing pain e.g. overpronation, hip instability etc. Again thats why you need to see a physio!!
