Fable 3 free add on

Ok if you go to the xbox marketplace select fable 3 and look at all the downloads there is a free soliders uniform with a size of 815.39 megabytes this is the same size as the traitors keep quest pack and according to hduk you when you buy the uniform you are actually getting the add on.

Tried it and it doesn't work. The quest appears but when you try to access it, it asks you to buy it(both on and offline).

Was wondering why a uniform was over 800mb when I got it earlier lol

No doesn't work. You can download the uniform, but it then asks you to buy the map when you go to do the quest.

In work at the moment so couldn't check what the download actually is.
And people did download fable 2 for free a while back because of microsoft so I thought this was the same again
