Walkinstown,
Dublin 12.
Ladies only sparring session all welcome whether you do boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, MMA, BJJ etc.
We'll mix and match your skill set. It's really just a chance to get us all working with some new bodies.
Everyone can spar at their own pace!
It's a great opportunity to get some good training in, I hope to see some new faces there!
