Earl hebner was hospitalized the night before mania. If you rewatch WM14 just before shawn's music hits he looks into the camera and says in character, "this is for you earl." Sorry poinless info I know.

His opponent was Giant Gonzalez - he was DQ'd for using chloroform to knock Taker unconcious
