Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

O Donnell and Kilduff suspended for Rovers. Need to avoid last year's slow start to the season. Especially as we also meet Sligo, Derry and Pats this month,.

Derry and Sligo looks to be one of the game of the weekend.

Really can't see us getting anything in Tallaght tomorrow. Rovers had a very good pre-season whilst ours (first game against Linfield aside) has been very average.
Our defence is also very shaky so if Rovers change their tactics from their usual hoof ball they should beat us. Only positives for Dundalk is we look excellent going forward and have two very competitive games under our belt.

3-1 Rovers with a very late goal after soaking up lots of Dundalk pressure.

Still a lot of players to bed in for us. Foster was down at the Waterford game with Cook running the rule. In fairness, most Rovers fans will tell you that hoof-ball has certainly been present under MON but not omnipresent. By the looks of pre-season, the teram appear to be keeping the ball on the deck more.

    Third edit lucky... :)

Shall definitely be going to the Salthill -v- Mervue match, always do, generally a cracking, high intensity game.

    WOOHOO!

North suspended for us so if Daly gets clearance he should start, Kavanagh should be fit.

    Rogers
    Pender McMillen Kenna Bermo
    Murphy McFaul Mulcahy Keegan
    Mc Millen Daly/Kavanagh

Played well the other night some decent football played, mc Faul is very tidy on the ball. But they only had 3 shots vs us in 2 games so hard to tell how well we might defend. Roll on 4:45 morrow :D

Lack of match practise will hurt us so be a tight game, but hopefully have enough to get the 3 points out in Bray. Just happy to be back :)

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Being promoted in your first year of existence hardly constitutes being in the wilderness! :pac:

Having to wait until Saturday, frustrating!

I was only at the Mons and Shels games. It was a decent 2nd half against Shels, but a poor goal to concede. I hope the reports of the other games, the heavy defeat of Cliftonville, good football against Waterford etc bodes well..

A scrappy 1-0 win off Jayo's backside will do tomorrow night..

Dundalk were ripping Rovers apart til that stupid stupid thing that Cherry did. What an idiot.

Rovers have to take the chance to win this now that Dundalk are down to 10.
