Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wait time to complete probate personally

    Does anyone know what the current wait time is if processed with probate personally?

    It would depend on which part of the country you're in as it's done by the local Probate Office which is attached to the Circuit Court office down the country and is a separate office in Smithfield in Dublin.

    I did a personal probate in 2004 and all told it took about four months but I recall reading recently on one of the courts.ie pages that the time for personal probate had recently lengthened considerably in Dublin, presumably because of retirements in the office and people not being replaced. I took a look just now but can't find that webpage.
