Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Oh my God...a live tour

Just watched all of his videos on "Sheens Korner" on youtube.

    Speechless.

When he's not to aware of himself and being calculating, he comes out with some mad ****, but can't imagine how he intends to transfer that to a stage. The fact that it's not contrived is what made it funny, scripting that in anyway misses the the point.

I thought he would have went the reality show way myself, would have made some sense at least.

He will probably throw out alot of his poems on tour....the sale of that book is gonna be good.

In this video he is clean mental and clearly drinking God knows whaaaaaaat as he keeps hiding it and drinking it off screen like he can't even do without the drink for 10 mins ...make that a few mins

In this one it seems a lot more scripted and clear. He is definitely reading it all off one of those teleprompters or whatever news folks read. But by god ya wouldn't wanna annoy him. The start makes no sense really I'd need to listen to it again. Think the last person he lays into in this is that Chuck Lorre. But not entirely sure.

Anybody else think it's possible he's doing a much more successful version of what Jaoquin Phoenix attempted to do? He's just so dedicated that he's decided to actually do all the drugs and such that come with his new role as Tiger Blood promoter??

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 86 ✭✭Eever

    exactly.

cough it up, else i remain with the view he is doin a poor man's joachim phoenix, which was never particularly convincing in itself. but 'unhinged' celebrity, that will keep him relevant for sure

Sorry, just went back and read the thread now (hadn't actually read any of it before posting above). If that is what he's doing I have no idea how you can say he's doing "a poor man's" version of it. If this is all acting that he's clearly doing a far better job than Phoenix who noone believed from the start and got barely any publicity from it. I really hope that's what he's doing, his history makes it highly unlikely though.

no way, he's now managed to get his stupid self fired, and is about to lose custody of even more of his kids. imo that's why he's settling down a bit now and seeming less strung out.

In all honesty we know sheen is a bit mad but he makes some valid points

    1) when asked in the interview about the drug addiction and he says ' i blinked my eyes and it was gone' - I do honestly believe this is the solution to most minor mental problems like addiction, depression, eating disorders, phobias etc...

    2) Sheen is a very smart man , and I think this publicity will probably get him a lot more work in the future, as his career is dying down its a great way to get him back earning

    3) He makes no fake apologies or regrets about the epic party lifestyle he had , doesnt try to say its a bad thing

But his career was fine, he was the star of the most popular sitcom in the U.S and earning about 2m per episode.

You have obviously never encountered real addictions or depression. Don't get fooled by people who are basically feeling a bit sorry for themselves, real depression cannot be cured by blinking your eyes. It is not a "minor mental problem". Saying so is ridiculous.

Everyone remembers when Charlie Sheen went a bit mental there a few years back. Well apparently, tomorrow he will appear in TV to announce that he is the HIV+ actor in the blind items that have been all over the tabloids the past few weeks

    http://www.tmz.com/2015/11/16/charlie-sheen-hiv-matt-lauer-interview/

I suppose you can't live like that for so long with no consequences but it's pretty poor form to expose so many people. I'd say he has a lot of lawsuits coming his way.

Eh? Thats such BS in 2015. With all the excellent meds there is now. People with HIV can now live amazing and near normal lives. You can now suppress the virus with meds now to undetectable levels ie cant be detected in a HIV test due to such low levels in the blood. When you are "HIV undetectable", you cant spread the virus to others.

Statically if you catch HIV tomorrow and 20 years old. You should live to the age of 75 years, as the meds are so good. There is no muscle wasted like the 1980s anymore. HIV is probably more manageable than diabetes now

Absolute scumbag move if he knowingly exposed women to it, and should be locked up for a long time if it's true. But I think the 'Poor Charlie' narrative is going to be the dominant one here.
