    anyone trained there? i know one of the lads posts on here and i was looking for some info because there's f*** all elsewhere on the web about training schedules/times/classes etc

    any info greatly appreciated!

    prices, how hard the training is, is it a friendly atmosphere, any fighters training there etc etc

    I don't train there and I am not from Cork but I have been to the Boxing Clinic a few times. The gym has a full size boxing ring, MMA cage, large matted area, punching bags, weights area, physio room & shop. It's spotless & by far one of the cleanest gyms I have been in. Every time I have been there the atmosphere has always been friendly and very welcoming.
