Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eric Schwabel's unique photo project at BM2010. The production funds were raised through a kickstarter.com campaign. Stills were shot on a Mamiya 645 AFD with DM28 digital back. Lights are Profoto Pro-b2 kits with Pro-7 heads.

    That was absolutely brilliant!

One criticism though; some of the skies in the photos were horribly horribly compressed with really obvious bands and artifacts.

I was going to go to BM2010 but had to sell my ticket :(

I'm not often that bothered to share youtube vids, as a lot of what you get on there is muck. But I liked this. Some of his photos are class, at the beginning I was thinking, ah, well over exposed - flash too strong ... then these great images appear and I'm wondering what kind of processing he does!?

Youtube is known for badly compressing imagery, you can see at the start the sky looks iffy in the video. Watch in 720p large for best results.
