Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi easy1,

If the reading you entered online was lower than the estimated February reading, then the bill for €193.17 should replace that for €222.74.

The amended bill would include additional standing charges (19th - 28th Feb) so would therefore be fully up-to-date.

I would need to look at the account in question to ensure that this is the case; please feel free to PM me your account details so I can clarify this for you.

    Thanks,

    David.
