Problems with switching to Meteor Bill Pay Lite.

    Hey all. I switched from Meteor Pay as you go to Bill Pay Lite on Wednesday but I am still getting charged for texts and calls to meteor numbers? Is this normal for first few days of switching or do I have an issue?

    You may have an issue. If it's BP Lite 20, it should be instant. If it's Bill Pay Lite/Smart 40, it can take up to 5 working days.

    Yeah the free texts and calls take a coupe of days to kick in :)

    I took out the bill pay lite 30 plan on the 25pm offer couple of weeks ago. Took from Tuesday to Friday for the free calls and texts to kick in for me

    You can give a call to customer support too incase they might forget :D
