Very strange figure in my mothers photo

hi,

Myself and my mother were going through some old photos and jus clearing them out, we came across this one of her:

My mum is the the girl on the swing. There is a very strange figure in the background, looks like a very tall person, and I mean a freakishly tall person. It's just very creepy. My mother doesn't know who it is, and doesn't remember any person of that height living in her town, nor does my grandmother. Any comments on the photo? It may be just a trick of the light but I just thought I'd post it here as every time I look at it I find it quite scary.
