New Ram and Hard Drive

Installed ram and hard drive into my laptop and having serious issues with it.The Laptop is Toshiba Satellite L300D.The computer recognizes the hardware in BIOS but just after I install 7 or vista its gets very sluggish and then stops alltogether,I have most of the drivers but when I try it freezes again.I dont think its…

what laptop is it its sounds like something is overheating
