Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The third one is still slightly less saturated, it's really only obvious on the upper section of the bark though. Otherwise they now look pretty much identical in sharpness/colour.
The algorithms that generated the third image have now been replaced. The second version is now what is being generated.

Yeah, side by side ones look about the same, the third less saturated.

Totally missed this thread but glad I clicked in - really interesting!

(What about them groups Marcus :) A groups/discussion system would be lovely)

Not wanting to read all the posts above, I pay for Flickr Pro account already few years and I don't mind it. Too many good features there and I am quite used to the logic of the page, interface and lack of security. Just my two cents.

Flickr is great once you do not abuse your monthly allowance. Not only is it great for sharing your pictures but it makes for some good SEO for professional photographers.

I do not have a pro account but i do upload photo's that are about 5mb each and i have never had a problem.

I find pix.ie a bit unprofessional but because i post to forums a lot i just use photobucket.
