Cant access my account online

    Hi,

    I cant seem to ever view my bill online.

    I enter my e-mail address and as I have forgotten my password I click "Forgotten password" which brings up" please enter a valid username BEFORE selecting the forgotten password option". It does'nt ask for a username just my e-mail.

    Some help with this appreciated.
