Recommend video capture card for Windows 7 PC

Hi, i have some analog video footage(10hrs) on some 8mm Fuji P5-90 Tapes recorded on a Sony CCD-TR425E Camcorder that i would like to transfer to my PC and disc. The Sony camcorder has RCA Video(unbalanced) and Audio(Monaural) outputs.

My PC Specs. are as follows:

There's a couple of options.
You could get a USB capture device like this one;

or
if you have a DV camcorder with DV-out feature(XM2, HV30 etc), you can run the footage
from your Sony cam into the DV camcorder (yellow connection usually)
and capture to file/tape, or directly via capture software on your PC.
(assuming you have a firewire connection)
