Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Nah, I think I'll probably give up alcohol completely, I've been weening myself off big binging fir the past month and think I'll up that commitment and go from a few beers once or twice a week to nothing. It will be interesting to see how it effects my socialising

    No meat, no refined grains or flours, or sugar, no processed foods...


    Basically its like vegan + gulten free with no yeasts or a few other things...
    Gonna be hard going.


    Just fruits and veggies, pulses, fresh juices, whole grains, water, certain oils and stuff.




    Gonna have either extreme scuts or constapation after the first few days.

    Just fed up with it and how my 'friends' keeping posting overly personal pics, information etc. on facebook. Some things are just so personal that they should not be shared on a world wide social networking site!
