Prostitution in Ireland

Now, in accordance to Irish law, the exchange for sexual services is not illegal in Ireland but the operating of a brothel is outlawed.

Furthermore, the donning of a debonair violet suit and hat accompanied by an equally emphatic cane to exploit an individual for venereal activities is also outlawed.

In retrospect to the legalisation of call girls, then how can the latter still be considered ethically unjust and forbidden under law?
