Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Help!!!
OK....a few months ago my HP laptop suffered the Blue Screen of Death

I got a new laptop but wanted to get my files, photos etc off the old laptop. I recently got around to purchasing a hard drive enclosure and tonight got the time to try it. I removed the hard drive from the old laptop, put it in the enclosure and connected it to my new laptop via USB cable. Everything seemed to be going well, light flashing on enclosure and whirring noise coming from it.

This is where the problems started:
First a box appeared on the screen saying f:/ needed to be formatted, i closed that. Then when u go into Computer there is Local Disk (F:) and HP_Recovery (G:). When u go into G, which says there is 1.07GB free of 9.33GB, there is a file called Recovery and when you go into that it is empty. If u try and go into (F:) u get a box up on the screen that says:
    The F:/ is not accessible
File or Directory is Corrupted and Unreadable.

Can anyone tell me how I could get this to work for me? Id greatly appreciate any help. Im not very computer literate so please dont get too technical on me!!! Thanks in advance!!!
