iPhone 4 Authorized Unlock

    Hey,

    I have a chance to buy an iPhone 4, locked to O2, but the seller says an unlock has been authorized by O2.

    What would be the pros/cons of buying this phone, over the same from Apple?

    It's a €99 difference.
