    Hey there's a new place opening this month i think , in dungarvan that specialises in spinning! Burnfitness, check them out on facebook! hopefully they'll be good i heard they have a good instructors!

    i know one of the spinning instructors as he works in my gym and is working in burn fitness in the evenings and he'll put anyone through there paces
