waterdamaged phone

what can i do with a phone that has waterdamage.i want to get some pictures out of it.i have been to o2 already but they cannot fix it its a nokia n95 any help appreciated

In a box of rice. Never power it on.

If n95-1 the photos are probably on the memory card, and will be still on it. Much better chance to get them from that.
