Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

just to let people know that Sligo Triathlon Club are holding their annual Try a Tri event in the Sligo Sports Complex on Sunday 10th April. entry is through runireland from this link http://www.runireland.com/events/sligo-try-tri

the event is for the beginner triathlete who is looking to get into the sport and give it a go without the competitiveness and distances of a longer event. the distances on the day will be 250metre pool swim (10 lengths), 10km cycle and 4km run.

Its a fun day out and a great way to get a feel for triathlon with a shorter event and plenty of experienced marshals to help you on your way. The event has been a great success in previous years with a lot of competitors going on to do very well in longer events.

    thanks
